It features six individually controlled wells, each with a separate drain and a coated heat lamp. Designed for wet or dry operation, the wells are versatile and maintain warm serving temperatures for already-cooked food. This unit includes extruded doors that slide open on tracks and a vented front that prevents moisture buildup on the single-pane glass front. Made durable for high-volume use, this unit is constructed of stainless steel with a white exterior.
